The way I work with these products is that I support you whilst you are on the cleanse journey as it is so much more than the products and the more supported you are, the more likely you are to reach your intentions and implement sustainable shifts.
This looks like holding space for you to get clarity and tune into your intentions, when and how to schedule it in to align with your unique body and life circumstances, what hiccups are going to arise and how we can mitigate them, holding space for the emotional and spiritual pieces that arise, being there for those moments of 'I can't do this anymore!", being there for 'oh my God I did it!' moments, recipes or alterations you may want to make pre, during and post cleanse. Anything logistical, practical or emotional that may arise.
